responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
Manage the IT assets, including infrastructure, workstations, and collaborative and office tools.
Monitor incidents, requests, and tickets in coordination with external IT providers.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of hardware, networks, and access systems.
Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (procedures, configurations, operational manuals).
Secure the IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
Recommend technical and security improvements and manage responses to system alerts.
Provide continuous risk reporting (failures, vulnerabilities, obsolescence, etc.) and propose preventive and corrective actions.
Represent the company in interactions with external providers working on the IT environment.
Participate in the deployment of new tools or systems as defined by management.
Support users in adopting new solutions and building their IT skills.
Provide hands-on assistance during change phases and ensure that users understand and can use new tools effectively.
qualifications
Degree in IT (Bachelor’s level or equivalent), with at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Strong command of office environments (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and IT management tools.
Solid technical background, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
Autonomous, Self-motivated, methodical, pragmatic, and service-oriented.
Technologically curious and adaptable to change.
Team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Fluent in both French and English
Experience in developing AI tool and batch processes for system data exchange is not mandatory but would be considered a strong asset
