Introduction

Founded at the end of 2016 by ambitious entrepreneurs, Fundamentals began as a fiduciary and has since evolved into a specialised Professional of the Financial Sector. This remarkable transformation has been achieved through the dedication of our talented team and the confidence of our clients and partners.

Our growth is a testament to our commitment to excellence and forward-thinking. Building on our strong foundation in Luxembourg, we have expanded internationally, opening offices in Milan at the end of 2023, Miami at the beginning of 2024, and Dubai at the end of 2024. These milestones reflect our ambition to become a global independent leader in delivering tailored financial and corporate services while always staying closest to our clients.
