She also oversees the Client Administration teams, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment. With a pragmatic and results-driven approach, she helps clients navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks with confidence.
Previously, Alexandra spent over seven years as an Avocat à la Cour at Arendt & Medernach, Luxembourg’s leading law firm, where she developed extensive expertise in corporate law and investment fund regulation. She further expanded her experience in the asset management sector during her tenure at Waystone, a global management company.
Alexandra holds Master’s degrees in Mergers & Acquisitions from the University of Paris-Saclay and in Taxation, Business Law, Consulting & Business Management from INSEEC Business School. She holds the Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat (CAPA) and is admitted to practice as a lawyer in France and Luxembourg. Fluent in English and French, she works with an international clientele, delivering precise and strategic legal solutions.
