After several years of training in compliance and regulatory, she now leads the Transfer Agent and Regulatory Department.

Carole holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Business Management, which enhances her expertise in financial management and regulatory compliance.

A multilingual professional, Carole is a native French speaker, fluent in English, and has a strong command of Italian.
